Please, it's really easy not to use "gmail","hotmail" or "yahoo" as your business email address

We've all seen it. A business card that has one of those free generic email addresses on it. Like "

." It really instills confidence in that company's brand. No... I think there are likely two reasons for people not putting a custom email on their business cards:
- They don't know it's important to use a custom email
- They don't know how to get a custom email and/or think it may be expensive
The truth is, it can easily be done for $10/yr. That's right! I'll show you how one easy step.
1. Sign up for Google Apps Mail
Go HERE to sign up for Google Apps mail. That's all you have to do. The signup is very clear. They ask you to pick a new domain for $10.
It's not hard, just search for your name of choice and buy it. There are no rules. If you own an LLC, lawyers are not going to club you to death for not using it in your domain and if you're an org, you can use a com if you want. It's ok. Just try to use something short and memorable (and no dashes).
Thats it. If you'd like, you can read more about Google Apps Mail here.
Once you've got your free custom email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) you can go and get your 200 free business cards with the VistaPrint logo on the back ;)
